Shipping Policy
Most orders ship within 1 business day. Shipping times will vary on your shipping location. All items ship out of our warehouse in New Jersey.
INTERNATIONAL CUSTOMERS: We will not be able to ship out of the United States of America.

When will I receive my order?
Items shipping to addresses within the United States usually take 0-1 business days to process and 2-4 business days to arrive. APO (army Post Office) addresses have an average transit time of 10-21 days. International purchases will not be accepted.
Orders received over the weekend and on holidays will be processed the following business day.

A Note to Customers Living Outside the United States
If you order products for delivery to a shipping address outside the United States, you will be refunded and cancelled.
I never received my confirmation e-mail after ordering/registering/shipment.
Please check your Spam box — 99% of the time, you will find it there. It’s also possible that you entered the wrong email address. If you still have problems, go back to the store, navigate to the “Customer Support” page, and submit your question through our form.

How do I check the status of my order?
Tracking information takes 1-3 days for most orders. The tracking number will be emailed and shown on the order page of your account. Please navigate to the “Customer Support” page and fill out the form to inquire about your tracking.
Which countries do you ship to?
Currently we do not ship internationally.
How to Change or Cancel Your Order
We make every effort to fulfill orders as quickly as possible. Once you have submitted your order we begin processing your order immediately and we cannot cancel, make address edits or add items. Once you receive your order in the mail, simply return any items you do not want by following our returns process.
